Tim Barnes

Tim Barnes serves the firm as an Audit and Assurance Partner, specializing in financial institutions, manufacturing and distribution, energy, and not-for-profit entities, employee benefit plans, and outsourced oil and gas accounting.
 
Tim Barnes has been with the Firm since 2008, and became a partner in 2010, after serving as Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer for privately held companies for 7 years and working with KPMG, LLP for 10 years.  Tim graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.  He has been a certified public accountant since 1991 and is a member of both the OSCPA, and the AICPA, the Oklahoma Banker’s Association, and the Independent Bankers Association of Texas.

Tim Barnes

Dan Bledsoe

Dan Bledsoe serves as the firm’s partner for its Casino Accounting and Special Projects departments and has an extensive background in providing both external auditing and outsourced internal auditing services to a variety of industries, including Native American Tribes and Gaming Facilities, Financial Institutions, Nonprofits, State and Local Governments, and Pensions and Employee Retirement Plans.  Dan serves as a member of the OSCPA’s Peer Review Committee and provides peer review services to other CPA firms.
 
Dan is a graduate of East Central University, a native Oklahoman and a registered member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.  He is a certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner, and is currently a member of the OSCPA, the AICPA, and the ACFE.

Jonathan Gauss

Jonathan Gauss serves the firm as an Accounting and Tax Partner, specializing in financial institutions, oil & gas, not-for-profit entities, manufacturing, construction, and retail. He works to assist both individual and small, closely held businesses as well as publicly traded companies with assets in excess of $500 million. Jonathan also does consult and tax planning for corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.

Jonathan Gauss has dedicated over 30 years to the firm and became a partner in 2014. Jonathan graduated from University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science. He has been a certified public accountant since 1994 and is a member of the OSCPA, the AICPA, the Oklahoma Bankers Association, the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Scott Huebert

Scott Huebert serves the firm as a Partner specializing in Native American Government, Not-for-Profit Fund Accounting, and oversees the firm’s Business System Consulting operations.  Scott provides Tribal business leaders with the service and information needed to make decisions and manage their programs.

Scott Huebert has dedicated over 20 years to the firm and became a partner in 2016.  He graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1999.

Scott is a member of the OSCPA and the AICPA, a 40 Under 40 Trail Blazer award winner, and is a continuing teaching advisor at the Oklahoma Tribal Finance Consortium (OTFC); the Oklahoma State University Introductory Tribal Finance and Accounting Program, and the Native American Finance Officers Association (NAFOA) conferences.

Chance Allison

Chance Allison serves as an Audit and Assurance Partner, bringing over 17 years of experience in accounting, finance, and leadership. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chance specializes in audit and assurance services for governments, financial institutions, employee benefit plans, manufacturing, and not-for-profits. He is dedicated to high-quality service and lasting client relationships.

Chance has expertise in compliance, financial reporting, and consulting on industry-specific challenges. His leadership roles, including CFO and CEO for a community managing an $80-$90 million budget, enhanced his financial oversight and strategic planning skills. Chance joined the firm in 2008, became a partner in 2025, and is a member of OSCPA, AICPA, and the Government Finance Officers Association.
